BioHi! I'm Roxy Freefall and I'm a Gemini. I don't like long walks on the beach, but some skee ball and acting like we're 12 sounds like a much better time.
I go to A LOT of concerts because, ever since Jerry Garcia passed, I swore to myself that I would see everyone and anyone I possibly could, which has resulted in the "rock star curse."
I work in, what the locals call, the evil ivory tower and am a glorified party planner. My job is interesting because I get to interact and work with some of the greatest minds in law, legal reform, and government affairs and just some all around great people who try to make this country a little less annoying to live in. Plain and simple, I'm part of a group that is trying to reform lawsuits where, for example, people sue McDonald's because they are overweight or their coffee is too hot and then go onto win multi-million dollar sums. My job is sometimes hellish, but sometimes it can be a lot of fun.... and they pay me pretty well.
I cherish sleep and coffee the most these days.
Because of unforseen events in my life, and because, really, I should be, I'm trying my best to live a healthy lifestyle. I've lost over 65 pounds since April 2005 and I am still going strong. I'm eating better than I ever have, I jog (who knew???), and now that my state has gotten on the smoking ban bandwagon, and my company has gone totally smoke free, I have gone smoke free and feel really confident that this time, it'll stick.
I am a survivor ambassador for the American Heart Association.
I enjoy wine and, because of what I do, am striving to learn more about it.
I am a registered democrat but a fence sitter by nature. I guess you can say I am a Patriot. I love my country and respect my government.
I've experienced a lot throughout my short life so far on this earth, good and bad. I wouldn't trade any of it in because I have learned something from every experience and take that knowledge with me where ever I go.
I am in love.
I consider my friends my family and would go to the ends of the earth for them. With that, my family is my world, and is who I am. I am an individual, but I am only because of the influences I grew up around, and are still surrounded by today.
